We have a knowledgeable team of Red Seal Chefs who love cooking for children. A Red Seal Chef designation is given to those with superior skills, technical training, completed apprenticeship hours and passed the nationally administered examination. Their passion for creating healthy and delicious meals that children love goes into every new menu we design. Our Red Seal Chefs are always looking for ways to enhance our menu offerings.
Our chefs take part in annual learning programs including participating in upgrade courses, and being in attendance at food shows to stay current. All members of the Food for Tots team hold current certification through the Food Handler Certification Program.
