Allergies

We carefully manage children’s food allergies and restrictions and work closely with our customers to understand their centre’s specific needs when it comes to allergy management. allergiesWe accommodate most allergies, multi-allergy requests and religious dietary restrictions. Some of the most common allergies and food restrictions we manage include: gluten, dairy, eggs, fish, sesame, legumes, vegan, vegetarian and Halal.

All of our allergy-free meals are prepared and packaged in a separate area of our 100% nut-free, pork-free and shellfish-free facility. We ensure quality control on all allergy replacements by sending items out separately from the other food and packing items so they are contained to avoid cross-contamination.

We recognize how important it is for children with allergies and food restrictions to feel included to eat the same foods as their friends. For this reason, our chefs and in-house certified Red Seal Chef work hard to develop food substitutions that match our meals and snacks as closely as possible.
