  • Step away from the computer, the cell phone, and look for inspiration in the everyday.
  • Go outside. Take a walk, embrace the winter. Nature inspires.
  • Cook. Learn a new recipe or two. (Go to page 2 of the newsletter, we are sharing a 9 ingredient, 20 minute prep time comfort meal)
  • Read a book. Go to your local library and pick one that you can read to your little ones and one for yourself.
